WHAT TO EXPECT
The Healing Circle is a FREE 60min online event. It begins at 21:30 EET (local Greece time, please convert to your local timezone). We will initiate the circle with a sound healing experience followed by a guided meditation from Sofia. In the last part of the circle, participants are encouraged to share their intentions with the circle and receive Sofia’s energy healing.

Hi! I am Sofia and I am a 500hr certified Yoga & Psychology Instructor (since 2017). I am passionate about spreading spirituality in a way the modern-day humans can practice and understand it.
