Sofia is an experienced Yoga & Psychology Instructor (certified 500hr since 2017). Thanks to her expertise with beginner and intermediate level practitioners she guides your body to open up progressively in order to find comfort and depth in your posture in an organic way.
Sofia’s passion is soul realignment. Weaving the ancient wisdom of yoga together with western psychology, Sofia gives you the tools to access your self healing capacity and empowers you to find your way back to your soul journey in order to lead a creative life with purpose.
She is based in Athens and offers yoga lessons online and vis-à-vis.
THE YOGA STYLE
Sofia uses a blend of Vinyasa and Kundalini yoga to create an immediate connection with your Conscious Self. Right after every session you will feel your body light and relaxed and your inner flame active and heart-warming. Her practice is inviting and suitable for all levels of yoga practitioners.
The morning yoga practice is part of the daily inner work ritual, along with healing talking circles, journaling and guided meditations.
AN INTIMATE EXPERIENCE
An online retreat should not mean a retreat in isolation. Invite your friends & family to join or -if conditions allow – practice under the same roof! On our part, we have designed the experience in a thoughtful way to make you feel connected to each other and welcome and to erase the impersonality that online experiences are associated with.
