THE PROCESS

Sofia’s insightful support creates a safe space for you to connect with your Higher Guidance. Sofia is a mere facilitator in the process as she will guide you to tap into your self healing ability, pulling information straight out of your body-mind-spirit wisdom to become aware of 1) the root of your blockage and 2) the elements you are called to heal. Then she will guide you into your own wisdom to break through blockages, old patterns, fears and limiting beliefs. After the sessions Sofia will share with you resources, tools and/or practices that will enable you to integrate this newly-found wisdom into your day-to-day life.
