WHAT TO EXPECT
The Spring Equinox Ceremony is a FREE 60min online event. It begins at 22:00 EET (local Greece time, please convert to your local timezone). We will initiate the circle with a reference to the significance of the Spring Equinox followed by a guided meditation from Sofia. In the last part of the circle, participants will share their reflections about the transition from darkness to light.

Hi! I am Sofia and I am a 500hr certified Yoga & Psychology Instructor (since 2017). I am passionate about spreading spirituality in a way the modern-day humans can practice and understand it.
