Sofia is a 500hr certified Yoga & Psychology Instructor (since 2017).
She infuses Vinyasa and Kundalini Yoga elements together to create an immediate connection with your Higher Self. Sofia guides your body to progressively open up and find comfort, depth & flexibility. Her practice is suitable for all levels of yoga practitioners.
Sofia’s passion is soul realignment. During each retreat she masterfully takes her guests on transformative journeys of deep healing and inner work, which last long after the retreat ends.
She is based in Athens and offers yoga lessons online and vis-à-vis.
THE YOGA STYLE
The morning ritual involves yoga, meditation, pranayama and prepares you for the deeper inner work that takes place during the workshop. Journaling and healing circles seal with consciousness the progress of each day.

Having delivered more than 10 online retreats for a total number of over 100 individuals Sofia knows how lonely and impersonal an online experience can feel and has designed every online retreat to help you feel safe, held and connected with the other participants in the circle.
